Mrs McCutcheon is a heartfelt coming-of-age story about Tom, a 10 year old also known as Mrs McCutcheon. Alec plays Mrs McCutcheon. It was directed by fast rising film director John Sheedy and written by Ben Young. This 16 minute film was released in the festival circuit in 2017. It has been a huge success having been featured in over 100 festivals worldwide. The film has won over 25 awards and countless nominations.

Alec was nominated for best actor in a short film in the Philadelphia Independent Film Festival.
